I had scheduled an appointment for my 80 year old dad and was to meet him there, as I was getting an oil change. He forgot his hearing aids got lost and ended up in Staten Island. I inform Julien my service rep what happened and he got me my car so I could go get my dad and he could follow me back. Busy Saturday morning and he truly understood my dilemma and accommodated me. We get back and we see Angie the service rep for my dad. He thought he had a bunch of issues with his car (per another mechanic). Angie, listened wrote down the issues and said don’t worry we will figure it out. She went two more steps and said your warranty expires in July so let’s see what’s the problem. She went the extra step and said we have a loaner car available if you need one. ( wow ) Turns out there was no major problem, just some debris build up - no major impact or problem. but she noted it and said now we have. Paper trail, in case anything happens before the warranty expires. Then as we are leaving, my dad disappears and Eugene, another service rep, gets up and finds him. It was a busy Saturday and this exceptional team made me so comfortable and calm. This team amazes me, I know they are Great and when you think they can’t do any better they do. Thank you so very much. I am only going here.
Sevice department is just excellent Eugine is quick and very professional. The car attendant is just the opposite, slow, poor attitude and worst social skills. Hope they can get rid off bad apples that gives a bad impression to an overall good company.

The service rep Joshua B. kept me informed the entire time about my repairs and the cost of them. The mechanic who handled my car Jarvey has magical hands. A job that was estimated to take an entire day or two only took 2 hours. This establishment is professional and mindful of the struggles that everyone experienced for 2020. I was literally fed...offered coffee....even offered a ride home so I wouldn't wait at the shop. I love this place.
My car despite being an older car is always taken care of, the service people are professional and helpful. I especially like the text updates and the service recommendations.

This place is 5 stars. Hudson Nissan service team has a friendly knowledgeable, professionalism staff. The service area is so clean and comfortable for people to sit and relax while waiting for their car. Angie, was my service rep and she was FANTASTIC, nice, friendly and super knowledgeable. She’s a real asset to Hudson Nissan.
They are very clean, they will update you on what needs to be done and if not at that time they will tell you when.
And the winner is Hudson Nissan. Hudson beat out Ramsey Nissan, Riverside Nissan, and Infiniti of Englewood. The stars (in order of appearance) are Sal (Sales Manager), Devon (Sales Consultant) and Julia (Finance Dept).I called Hudson Nissan after a not so stellar performance from the Losers. Sal answered the phone and I told him I was interested in a car lease buyout. After giving him my credit status and some general information (on the phone) he had my interest rate and approximate monthly payments in seconds. As a matter of fact it took Infiniti of Englewood longer (with me on hold) to let me know if they do car lease buyouts. Anyway I rushed down to Hudson Nissan. I was impressed by the professionalism,competency,and friendliness. Devon greeted me, asked if I wanted water or coffee.I felt they wanted my business. I then met Sal. He said I would pay Julia a visit to see what I felt about the numbers they had come up with. Julia answered every question I had in detail. Nowhere was there a charge of $995.00 for a 167 point safety inspection (I had 5,300 miles on the odometer) that Infiniti of Englewood said I was required to pay in order to proceed with the buyout. I'm retired from 45 years of high end retail so I think I can spot the winners, and the winners are Sal, Devon, and Julia

I had two recalls and had to repair three VVT solenoids in my car. I was informed of the time it would take to do the work so, I was prepared to leave the car for a few hours. It took a bit longer, however, but it gave me time to finish up working remotely from home. They took my cell number and called me when it was finished, and I was very pleased. I was able to pay for the bill, via on-line, and retrieve my keys from the showroom, since it was the holiday and the shop closed earlier. I felt safe and confident driving home and the price that was charged for the repair was much cheaper than the price Pep Boys quoted. So I was satisfied 😌
Excellent team from the moment you bring your car in, they take care of everything while I waited in a timely manner till the job was done. Car needed oil change and I requested an all around check being the car was not in use for several months and everything was geared up to perfection. Car was cleaned up, like leaving with a brand new car off the lot as my ride was smooth too. Customer Service are kind and compassionate to your needs and concerns with your vehicle.
